Join Developmental Services of Leeds and Grenville as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This full-time role emphasizes technical support and oversight of IT systems, ensuring smooth operational functionality.
In this role, you will provide essential support for network infrastructure and staff while safeguarding confidential information. Collaborating with leadership, you will address technical needs and maintain secure access to data. Your technical proficiency with cloud-based solutions, alongside hardware and software support, plays a vital part in the agency’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support staff with hardware and software troubleshooting

• Ensure compliance with data security, protecting sensitive information

• Administer and maintain a support ticketing system

• Oversee installation and configuration of IT systems

• Conduct regular backups and ensure system availability
Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or similar field

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Knowledge of MDM platforms and Microsoft 365

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
