About the Role
Our consulting client is seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) ,
Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) ,
IT Operations Management (ITOM) , and IT Service Management (ITSM) .
This senior-level role will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Service Now solutions supporting end-to-end asset lifecycle transformation. The successful candidate will ensure that solutions align with IT Asset Management (ITAM) ,
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) , ITOM, and ITSM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Service Now SAM Pro and HAM Pro solutions.
- Drive end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle transformation.
- Design scalable Service Now solutions aligned with ITAM and CMDB best practices.
- Support the integration of SAM Pro and HAM Pro with ITOM and ITSM capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Service Now solutions.
- Guide solution design decisions, technical documentation, and delivery planning.
- Ensure alignment across asset management, configuration management, service management, and operations management processes.
Required Skills / What You Bring
- Senior-level experience as a Service Now Solutions Architect ,
Principal Technical Consultant , or similar technical leadership role. - Strong hands-on expertise with Service Now SAM Pro and Service Now HAM Pro .
- Experience with Service Now ITOM and Service Now ITSM .
- Strong understanding of Hardware Asset Management ,
Software Asset Management , and end-to-end asset lifecycle management. - Knowledge of ITAM and CMDB best practices.
- Experience designing enterprise Service Now solutions that connect asset management with service management and operations management processes.
- Ability to lead architecture and solution design for enterprise Service Now implementations.
- Strong English communication skills.
