Key Responsibilities:
• Create the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool
• Develop an Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit for SMEs
• Implement the Digital Adoption Pathway with partner organizations
• Evaluate SMEs' readiness and measure productivity improvements
• Guide executives through the automation pilot program
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in organizational management or related field
• Commitment to youth development and innovation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
• Proven abilities in conducting effective training sessions
