6+ Month Contract | Potential Extension
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management leader to help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a highly complex platform environment.
This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, portfolio-level change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience leading change across large enterprise transformations, building sustainable operating models, and managing cumulative organizational change impacts
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (15+ years without)
- Enterprise-level Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience managing change across multiple concurrent initiatives/programs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience designing scalable change enablement frameworks
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement portfolio-level change management strategies
- Design scalable mechanisms to assess and manage cumulative change impact
- Integrate change processes into planning, prioritization, and delivery frameworks
- Enable TPMs and program leaders to proactively assess readiness and organizational impact
- Coach stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Create sustainable operational models that teams can continue post-engagement
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience supporting platform/product/engineering organizations
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
