Contribute to water research as a Volunteer Technology Associate with STW™. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance user experiences through innovative design and UX methodologies.
In this unpaid role, Technology Associates commit a minimum of 5 hours weekly to support STW™’s mission. You'll engage with various teams, including Marketing and IT, to prioritize features and conduct user experience research. This position is ideal for someone dedicated to improving web interactions and gaining experience in a meaningful cause.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement usability tests for STW™ website
• Collaborate closely with developers for design accuracy
• Provide insights and advocate for UX best practices
• Stay updated on market trends impacting user experience
• Attend monthly Technology group meetings for project updates
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Interaction Design or related field
• Minimum 0.5 years in UX design or related internships
• Experience with usability testing and UX research techniques
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
