Digital Maturity Specialist

Drive digital transformation as a Volunteer Digital Maturity Specialist with PSOJ in Kingston, Jamaica. This role focuses on enhancing SME processes and introducing innovative automated tools.

As part of your six-month placement starting in July 2026, you will be instrumental in developing a Digital Maturity Framework for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Your work will involve creating assessment tools, implementing digital adoption pathways, and boosting productivity through process automation. Support the Executive Director as you evaluate SMEs' readiness and measure productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool

• Develop the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit

• Implement the Digital Adoption Pathway and Pilot Programme

• Guide executives through the adoption pathway

• Measure improvements in productivity and process automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in strategic planning and training sessions

• Ability to self-motivate and collaborate
