Elevate your career as a Technical Help Desk Specialist focused on access request management using Service Now. Support user access needs effectively while ensuring compliance with security policies.
In this six-month contract role, you will utilize your 3+ years of experience to grant, modify, or revoke user access to various applications and systems. Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft Exchange is essential, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user access requests through the Service Now platform
• Grant, modify, or revoke application access as needed
• Ensure compliance with business and security policies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding access management
• Document access changes in accordance with policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in access provisioning
• Proficiency in Service Now and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Exchange
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Power Shell scripting is a plus
