• Develop an SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit
• Guide organizations through the Digital Adoption Pathway
• Evaluate readiness and measure improvements in productivity
• Report on key indicators of digital readiness and engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
• Commitment to youth development principles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in strategic and operational planning
• Proven ability to conduct training sessions
