In this essential position, you will lead the development and consistency of Dillon’s digital design practices from any office, ensuring that CADD and BIM platforms are utilized effectively. You will be instrumental in building consensus among teams, promoting the adoption of practices that enhance operational excellence, and significantly impact project delivery nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evolution of digital design standards
• Ensure integration of enterprise processes in project delivery
• Create frameworks for effective digital workflows
• Provide oversight on digital training and resources
• Direct software upgrades and vendor relationships
Requirements:
• 10 years+ in technical design or planning
• 5 years+ in digital standards governance
• Familiarity with Revit and other CADD/BIM tools
• Experience managing relationships with vendors
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
