As part of the team under the Director of Student Information System Operations, your role will include handling access requests, conducting hardware setups, and offering critical training assistance. You will manage system updates and backups while delivering exceptional support to users experiencing technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete access requests and hardware configurations
• Execute troubleshooting for software and installs
• Support the setup of new staff and training sessions
• Administer and maintain server applications effectively
• Guide users through software and hardware issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical support roles
• Effective at problem-solving under pressure
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with multi-user systems
• Strong communication skills for user interaction
Your technical acumen will play an essential role in student operations.
