Microsoft Purview Security Consultant

Step into a crucial role focused on data governance with a leading organization as a Security Consultant. This position requires implementing Microsoft Purview, developing scripting solutions, and managing Microsoft Defender.

In this dynamic role, you will implement Microsoft Purview for data classification and compliance while developing automation scripts with Power Shell, Python, or KQL. You will configure the Microsoft Defender suite and support Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring and incident response. A security clearance is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Microsoft Purview for effective data governance

• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell, Python, and KQL

• Configure and manage the Microsoft Defender suite

• Deploy and support Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring

• Build KQL queries, dashboards, and detection rules

Requirements:

• Security Clearance required

• Experience with Microsoft Purview essential

• Proficiency in scripting with Power Shell, Python, and KQL

• Robust knowledge of Microsoft Defender & Sentinel

• Azure security and monitoring experience
