Position: Queens University Systems Analyst Role

This Systems Analyst position reports to the Director, Student Information System Operations, and requires 3 to 5 years of experience in server administration. You will troubleshoot and optimize systems, document configurations, and develop training to ensure seamless operational support for academic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support server environments and technology services

• Analyze and recommend improvements for existing systems

• Generate reports and track user issues

• Prepare operational documentation and deliver training

• Coordinate project planning for data management systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification

• 3-5 years of hands-on systems experience
