ERP Administrator - Acumatica Focus

Take charge of ERP administration at Alimentiv, overseeing Acumatica’s functional and technical operations. This role involves hands-on configuration and enhancement of procurement functionalities.

As an ERP System Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing Alimentiv’s Acumatica ERP platform, ensuring smooth finance, procurement, and logistics operations. Your expertise in Acumatica, especially with functionalities related to finance and procurement, will be crucial for ongoing enhancements and support in procurement projects. Additionally, experience with SAP Concur integration will be valuable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Acumatica configurations, user access, and workflows

• Enhance financial reporting and accounting processes

• Support procurement function's integration and optimization

• Document integration architecture and manage approval processes

• Coordinate software upgrades and testing for stability

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with Acumatica administration

• Hands-on with SAP Concur and invoice processing

• Proven background in managing Acumatica upgrades

• Strong skills in configuration of Business Events and custom reports

• Experience with data integrations and troubleshooting
