Join MBI Inc. as an IT Field Service Technician in Kingston, ON. This contract role requires strong skills in Windows 7, troubleshooting, and hardware support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals
• Document upgrades and replacements of hardware/software
• Support user account management for security rights
• Train employees on system functionalities
• Recommend solutions based on customer requirements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years as a break/fix Field IT Technician
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
• High school diploma; college degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Car ownership for travel between job sites
