You are a strategic supply chain professional who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing big picture network strategy with hands on execution. In this role, you will lead end to end supply chain planning and execution for the Canada business within a North America network of manufacturing sites. You will play a critical role in ensuring supply continuity, optimizing inventory, improving service performance, and representing Canada in the integrated business planning process.

This position works closely with manufacturing sites, central network planning, sales, and customer service teams. You will be based onsite to enable strong cross functional partnership, real time decision making, and direct coordination with operations and logistics teams.

What you will do:

  • Lead supply chain planning for Canada, including production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, purchasing, replenishment, and logistics coordination

  • Align site level plans with broader network inventory strategies, capacity availability, and customer service priorities

  • Optimize inventory positioning and replenishment across multiple sites to improve service and working capital performance

  • Establish and maintain appropriate raw material and finished goods inventory levels while minimizing carrying, transportation, and obsolescence costs

  • Lead capacity reviews, manage constraints, and develop mitigation and alternate sourcing strategies

  • Oversee supplier coordination, purchasing activities, and logistics operations to ensure supply continuity

  • Represent Canada in the integrated sales and operations planning process and communicate risks, constraints, and recovery plans

  • What you will bring:

  • Experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory management within a process driven manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, purchasing, and logistics coordination

  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems and planning tools

  • Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical solutions to meet financial and inventory targets

  • Experience leading teams or cross functional initiatives within operations or supply chain

  • Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field; advanced business education is an asset

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and food safety

  • What you will get:

  • Opportunity to influence supply chain strategy within a North America network

  • High visibility role with cross functional collaboration across planning, manufacturing, and customer teams

  • Ownership of end to end supply chain performance for the Canada business

  • Environment that values continuous improvement and data driven decision making

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

  • Professional growth within a dynamic manufacturing organization

  • If you are motivated by improving inventory performance, strengthening supply continuity, and driving operational excellence, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
