Compensation
: $21 – $24/ hour (full-time / permanent)
On-call premium and overtime paid for rotating coverage

Be the calm after the storm. Join a passionate team that helps people rebuild their lives after disaster strikes. As a Cleaner / Packer, you’ll play a hands-on role in restoring personal and commercial belongings with precision, empathy, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack, catalog, and clean contents from disaster-affected areas

Perform pre/post-construction and structural cleaning

Clean fabrics, textiles, and various surfaces

Use Encircle Restoration Software for inventory

Cross training in demolition and water emergencies

What you bring:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Good organizational and communication skills

Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and safety-conscious

Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps/software)

Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

Clear criminal record

English proficiency, written and spoken

Other stuff that’ll help you be successful:

You genuinely enjoy working with people in a team environment

Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal

Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
