Your tasks will include fixing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, while also completing repairs in both occupied and vacant units. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks within apartments

• Clean and repair common areas and necessary equipment

• Keep storage and boiler rooms organized and functional

• Conduct timely monthly inspections and address repairs

• Utilize ladders and tools for maintenance purposes

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in building maintenance

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
