We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager Team of two to live and work at one of our properties. The role requires living on‑site, sharing an apartment, and working up to 24 hours per week. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

- Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours.
- Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle office administrative tasks, such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and other duties related to supporting daily operations.
- Organize, promote and execute resident events (e.g., holiday parties & summer barbecues).
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including foyers, amenity rooms, underground parking garage, locker rooms, patios, and rooftops.
- Know and safely handle cleaning chemicals (WHMIS).
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units, including appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies, ensuring they are move‑in ready.
- Dust fire hose cabinets, bells and elevator tracks to minimize excess debris.
- Monitor and clean garbage chutes, garbage and recycling rooms.
- Collect garbage and recycling bins in coordination with the city waste schedule.
- Conduct yard maintenance, including picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property, removing snow and ice, salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop walkways.
- Assist residents in completing maintenance requests through the proper channels.
- Perform daily walkthroughs of each floor, stairwell, and common areas, fixing minor deficiencies.
- Report serious deficiencies related to curb appeal or safety hazards to direct supervisor for further action.
- Assist the supervisor in HVAC monitoring, troubleshooting minor electrical, plumbing, boiler and chiller maintenance.
- Assist supervisor with scheduling and overseeing repair activities of tradesmen and contractors as required.
- Previous or similar property management experience an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to perform general cleaning duties and minor maintenance repairs. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and move objects exceeding 50 lbs. (e.g., garbage bins, appliances).
- Fluent in English and French (applicable to Quebec only).
