We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager Team of two individuals to live and work at one of our properties. The position requires on‑site residence, sharing an apartment, and working up to 24 hours per week. This is an existing vacant position within the organization.

- Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours.
- Follow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and supporting daily operations.
- Organize, promote, and execute resident events such as holiday parties and summer barbeques.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including foyers, amenity rooms, underground parking garage, locker rooms, patios, and rooftops.
- Demonstrate knowledge and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units, including appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies, ensuring they are move‑in ready.
- Dust fire hose cabinets, bells, and elevator tracks to minimize excess debris.
- Monitor and clean garbage chutes, garbage, and recycling rooms.
- Coordinate the collection of garbage and recycling bins in line with the city waste schedule.
- Apply knowledge of safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS).
- Conduct yard maintenance, including removing loose garbage around the exterior, removing snow and ice, and salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop walkways.
- Assist residents with completing maintenance requests through proper channels.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of each floor, stairwell, and common areas, fixing minor deficiencies.
- Report serious deficiencies related to curb appeal or safety hazards to the direct supervisor.
- Assist the supervisor in HVAC monitoring, including troubleshooting minor electrical, plumbing, boiler, and chiller maintenance.
- Assist the supervisor with scheduling and overseeing repair activities of tradesmen and contractors as required.
- Previous or similar property management experience is an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties and minor maintenance repairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and move objects exceeding 50 lbs., such as garbage bins and appliances.
- Fluency in English;
French fluency is applicable to Quebec only.
