Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain business offices and apartments

• Provide floor care for various surface types

• Remove trash from community areas promptly

• Maintain outdoor grounds, including gardens and pathways

• Report unsafe conditions or repair needs immediately

Requirements:

• Complete all required training programs

• Ability to perform basic mathematics

• Work flexible schedules as needed

• Safely use maintenance and landscaping tools
