Position: Senior Living Maintenance Assistant Role
Join the Cogir Senior Living team as a Maintenance Assistant, where you will maintain safety and functionality in our retirement residences. Your expertise in repairs and routine maintenance will be essential.

This position involves executing minor maintenance and repairs on various building systems, from plumbing to electrical work. You will also conduct safety inspections and perform housekeeping duties while ensuring our values of ethics and integrity are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical and mechanical repairs

• Conduct regular safety checks and file reports

• Maintain grounds and perform detailed exterior tasks

• Follow all established safety policies and procedures

• Work diligently with vulnerable adult residents

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow English instructions

• Self-capacity to work independently

• Experience in various repair and maintenance areas

• Capable of lifting heavy objects effectively

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
