Evening Cleaning Lead Hand at GDI

Join GDI Services as an Evening Lead Hand and take charge of facility cleaning operations. This role focuses on team leadership and hands-on cleaning tasks from 5 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

In your role as Lead Hand, you will oversee daily cleaning responsibilities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This supervisory position involves training team members, conducting inspections, and managing cleaning supplies efficiently. Your hands-on approach and leadership will create an inclusive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform cleaning tasks daily

• Train staff on proper cleaning methods and procedures

• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness standards

• Coordinate communication with the Operations Manager

• Manage cleaning supply inventories and equipment records

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar cleaning position

• Strong understanding of safety procedures

• Detail-oriented with high energy and endurance

• Good communication in English

• Must meet the Criminal Record Check
