reliable, detail-oriented Building Cleaner who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the important role cleanliness plays in creating a positive living experience for our residents.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, maintaining high standards, and interacting with people. You will travel between our properties, helping ensure our buildings remain welcoming, safe, and spotless for residents and guests.

• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and ensure shared spaces remain neat and presentable.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout each property.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure supplies and cleaning equipment are properly used and maintained.

• Interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with basic inquiries and direct residents to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Help create a welcoming and respectful environment in each building.

• Visit multiple Patry Group buildings as needed to maintain cleaning standards across the portfolio.
• Ensure consistency in cleanliness and presentation at every location.

• Someone who

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and professional attitude with
  basic customer service skills
  .
• Ability to identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties and being on your feet throughout the day.
• Previous cleaning, maintenance, or property experience is an asset but not required.
