Independent Cleaner for Residential Properties

This on-call position requires at least two years of paid cleaning experience. You will handle move-out cleanings, deep cleaning, and even housekeeping services for occupied residences. A keen eye for detail coupled with professionalism in communication is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute move-out and post-maintenance cleaning assignments

• Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms

• Handle housekeeping tasks for occupied homes when scheduled

• Travel efficiently between multiple job sites throughout the day

• Report any issues needing maintenance or attention during assignments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant professional cleaning experience

• Access to a reliable vehicle and necessary cleaning equipment

• Basic English communication proficiency

• Strong organizational skills and dependable attendance

• Must embrace independent work with minimal supervision
