In this role, you will ensure our facilities are maintained impeccably while providing stellar guest service. You'll collaborate closely with the centre team, addressing maintenance issues, managing equipment standards, and engaging with guests. Our ongoing training will prepare you for future roles in management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct various maintenance tasks including plumbing and decoration
• Ensure lanes and equipment are fully operational
• Assist guests by resolving their concerns effectively
• Communicate maintenance updates to the team and guests
• Engage in continuous training and development opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in DIY and general maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Flexible with working hours and shifts
• Basic literacy and numeracy competencies
