WSP is seeking a visionary Senior Project Manager to drive complex land development initiatives across Ontario. This role requires a leader with at least 10 years in land development and proven experience in project management. You will engage clients, manage budgets, and guide multidisciplinary teams while contributing to WSP's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project risk management
• Drive business development and client engagement efforts
• Mentor project teams to foster collaboration and excellence
Requirements:
• 10+ years in land development or municipal engineering
• 2+ years in project management roles
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
