You will work in a demanding physical environment, requiring lifting and safety equipment during 8-12 hour shifts to meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to produce fiberglass pools

• Apply coatings using hand tools and spray devices

• Assemble and install components accurately

• Maintain physical stamina for demanding shifts

• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail in manufacturing

• Preferred experience in industrial or skilled trades

• Dependable and reliable work habits

• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds frequently

• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations is a plus
