Produce Department Supervisor

Position: Produce Department Full-Time Supervisor
Shape the customer experience as a Full-Time Produce Supervisor! We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing excellent service and supervising produce operations.

As a Produce Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, fulfilling orders, and overseeing staff when the Manager is away. This role encourages a collaborative atmosphere where employee development is a priority while achieving high sanitation standards and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service tailored to customer needs

• Manage produce personnel in the absence of the Manager

• Fulfill and maintain customer produce orders

• Conduct daily produce preparation and quality checks

• Implement company standards consistently

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience in the produce industry

• High School Diploma necessary

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Capable of operating independently in a fast-paced setting

• Strong work ethic and multitasking capabilities
