Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cosmetic and structural repairs on fiberglass molds

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspect molds regularly

• Clean, buff, and prepare molds for optimal production

• Preserve finish quality through maintenance of mold surfaces

• Utilize tools effectively to restore molds

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience with power and pneumatic tools preferred

• Autobody or mold repair experience highly valued

• Strong commitment to quality and safety

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime
