As a Fiberglass Pool Manufacturing Associate, you will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality fiberglass swimming pools. This hands-on role involves applying coatings and materials, assembling pool components, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

• Work as part of a team to manufacture fiberglass pools.
• Apply gel, resin, and related coatings using hand tools and spray equipment.
• Assemble and install pool components and accessories.
• Work safely around heavy equipment, including cranes, telehandlers, and forklifts.
• Follow quality standards to ensure exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Prolonged standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and overhead work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, protective clothing, and safety footwear.
• Regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, noise, and varying temperatures depending on weather conditions.

• Have strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
• Have the ability to learn new skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Possess previous industrial experience, with experience as an Autobody Painter, Spray Painter, Skilled Labourer, or Fiberglass Manufacturing Associate considered an asset.

Fiberglass manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Starting wages may be adjusted based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
