Production Operator in Brockville Plant

Become a Production Operator with our Client in Brockville, ON, and play a critical role in machinery operation and productivity. Engage in a dynamic manufacturing environment with rotating shifts and contribute towards achieving targeted rates.

The successful candidates will operate production equipment while adhering to Lean and 5S principles to enhance safety and productivity. Regular quality checks and troubleshooting will be essential, as you support plant processes and adapt to changing demands. This role requires candidates to work on 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility for shift rotations

• Canadian resident; must meet Controlled Goods Clearance

• Previous powered Industrial Vehicle experience preferred

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
