In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include running semi-automated machines and performing essential manual steps in electrode production. Attention to safety, quality, and efficiency will play a key role in your daily tasks. You will work rotating 12-hour shifts while collaborating closely with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely set up and operate pre-wired electrode machines

• Execute wire placement and packaging tasks manually

• Monitor operations and perform necessary adjustments

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality measures

• Maintain work cell cleanliness and follow 5S practices

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
