Production Manager at Leclerc

Lead production operations effectively at Leclerc as a Business Unit Leader. Focus on safety, quality, and team leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production lines. Key tasks include coordinating activities with supervisors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and developing methods to improve product quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing communication and performance among the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign and coordinate production duties with staff

• Monitor daily operations and identify improvement opportunities

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

• Train and mentor team leaders and staff

• Facilitate effective communication with other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Food Science

• 5 years of manufacturing management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applications

• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
