Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

This pivotal role demands a passionate Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Nursing and current Extended Class registration, alongside two years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will include assessment, management, consultation, and participation in educational activities tailored towards evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnosis

• Consult with the healthcare team to optimize care

• Document and communicate patient health evaluations

• Mentor and supervise Nurse Practitioner students

• Participate in nursing research to drive quality improvement

Requirements:

• Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (Extended Class)

• Master’s in Nursing required

• Two years of recent healthcare experience necessary

• CPR certification must be valid

• Experience in mental health care and senior care an asset
