As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, you will manage assessments, service plans, and vital documentation.

Your role includes coordinating care, facilitating family education, and supervising medication administration. Your expertise in gerontology and rehabilitation will enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residents’ care assessments and documentation

• Administer and oversee drugs and narcotics safely

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care plans

• Respond to emergencies and manage resident health changes

• Address family concerns and communicate effectively
Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in applicable Province/State

• Background in gerontology, community, or long-term care

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Complete Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within 6 months
