Para Med Home Health Care is currently looking for NSWOC Nurses. This role encourages autonomy and allows you to develop meaningful patient relationships while adhering to evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care for patients requiring wound management
• Educate families and healthcare teams on specialized care

Requirements:
• Hold NSWOC certification with relevant nursing experience
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Membership with Wound Ostomy & Continence Canada preferred
