In this role, you will oversee health management for individuals at Ongwanada, acting as a bridge between patients, families, and the healthcare team. Key tasks include conducting health assessments and providing detailed documentation to ensure comprehensive care delivery and optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate nursing care for emergencies and treatments
• Conduct thorough Initial and Annual Health Reviews
• Document health assessments monthly and follow up
• Collaborate with physicians on health care strategies
• Support interdisciplinary teams in care plans
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• CPR credentials and NVCI Training completion
• Valid G Driving License and vehicle access
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Lead nursing initiatives and support wellbeing at Ongwanada Resource Center.
