Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage wound, ostomy, and continence care for patients
• Educate the Para Med team and patients effectively
• Provide recommendations on nursing care and products
• Engage in clinical leadership for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners
Requirements:
• Current NSWOC certification is required
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in community settings preferred
• Membership in Wound Ostomy & Continence Canada is a plus
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French preferred
