Patient-Centered Registered Practical Nurse

Your responsibilities will include assessing health statuses, setting care priorities, and advocating for both patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement safe and effective patient care techniques

• Evaluate and monitor health statuses for complexity

• Prioritize both therapeutic and preventive care measures

• Advocate for patient autonomy and caregiver involvement

• Adjust care plans based on patient responses
Requirements:

• Valid, active license with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• CPR certification must be current

• Certificate from nursing college required

• Medication Certificate required for graduates pre-1985
