In this role, you will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing health statuses, setting care priorities, and advocating for both patients and their families. Ensure that all provided care aligns with hospital policies and the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safe and effective patient care techniques
• Evaluate and monitor health statuses for complexity
• Prioritize both therapeutic and preventive care measures
• Advocate for patient autonomy and caregiver involvement
• Adjust care plans based on patient responses
Requirements:
• Valid, active license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification must be current
• Certificate from nursing college required
• Medication Certificate required for graduates pre-1985
