Bayshore Health Care is looking for dedicated Registered Practical Nurses to offer exceptional client support. In this vital position, you’ll be responsible for assessing client conditions, ensuring adherence to care plans, and providing emotional and physical comfort.
Your role is essential in maintaining high standards of nursing practice as defined by the local licensing authority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and nursing diagnosis
• Lead nursing efforts and report to immediate supervisors
• Execute care plans enhancing client safety and comfort
• Implement company policies in nursing practices
• Carry out specialized nursing procedures as trained
Requirements:
• Must have graduated from an accredited Practical Nursing Program
• Hold current registration with the provincial licensing body
• Background check with vulnerable sector screening required
• Certification proving TB-free status and vaccinations
• Two supervisory references must be provided
