• Salary 62.00 to 75.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 24 to 40 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

• Monitor patients and advise physician of any changes in patients' condition

• Provide end-of-life counselling and bereavement support to patients and their families
• Advise patients on drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs
• Ensure infection control
• Support and facilitate the grieving process for the patient and their family
• Care for, assess and monitor the health of newborns and refer infants to appropriate medical services as required
• Provide advice and guidance regarding care for newborns and young infants
• Provide primary, full-course, care to women and their babies during pregnancy, labour, birth and the post‑natal period including monitoring the health of mother and baby
• Advise patients on health care
• Examine patients and take their medical histories and consult with physicians and other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
• Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
• Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments and take medical histories
• Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
• Provide health maintenance education
• Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs
• Help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness
