Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on individualized care plans for residents
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff

Requirements:
• Current RN (EC) registration with Primary Health Care specialty
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, ideally working with seniors
• GNC(C) certification preferred from the Canadian Nurses Association
• Maintenance of CPR certification and professional liability protection
• Strong commitment to continuing education and mentorship in health care
