As a Registered Practical Nurse with Carecor, you’ll support optimal well-being for patients in various healthcare facilities. This role requires a Registered Practical Nurse Diploma and a minimum of 300 hours of experience in a Medical-Surgical or Transitional Care setting. You will work full 8-hour shifts under the guidance of registered nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care to patients in Transitional Care Units
• Follow the College of Nurses of Ontario standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient well-being
• Ensure compliance with facility care practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma
• Current RPN licensure in good standing
• Minimum 300 hours in Medical-Surgical or Long-Term Care
• Basic Life Support certification
• Proof of current immunizations and TB test results
