Ongwanada is seeking a skilled RPN to provide part-time, temporary nursing care in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring client conditions, implementing care plans, and supporting unlicensed staff when needed. This role requires clinical competence, effective communication, and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care based on established nursing care plans
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in nursing procedures
• Observe and document changes in client health
• Assess individual needs and develop care plans
• Implement infection control practices and participate in education
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma and registration in Ontario
• Critical thinking and clinical competence
• Driving license with full privileges
• Effective communication skills in all formats
• CPR certification and crisis intervention training
