Position: Part Time Registered Practical Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate essential competencies for effective patient care

• Assist in evaluating patients with complex health needs

• Establish priorities for preventive and therapeutic care

• Advocate for patients and their caregivers in decision-making

• Modify care plans based on patient responses and outcomes

Requirements:

• Active license with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• College certificate or diploma in nursing preferred

• Medication Certificate from Ontario College of Nurses (if applicable)
