Position: Licensed Registered Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care for residents in the neighborhood

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and manage physician orders

• Lead daily shift reports among team members

• Ensure effective documentation in residents’ charts

• Provide first aid and manage incident reports when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

• Understanding of health care legislation and standards

• Active provincial nursing registration

• Experience in long-term care settings

• Strong teamwork and leadership traits
