Position: Nurse Practitioner at Providence Care

This full-time role requires current registration as a Registered Nurse, Extended Class, alongside a Master's degree in Nursing. You will provide advanced practice care in transitional and seniors care and possess at least two years of recent experience. Engage in assessment, diagnosis, and management, all while maintaining quality care and education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive health assessments and interventions

• Work as the Most Responsible Practitioner (MRP) when assigned

• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team on patient outcomes

• Document and communicate care plans and assessments effectively

• Assist in mentoring and supervising student Nurse Practitioners

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN registration, Extended Class

• Master's degree in Nursing needed

• Minimum two years of healthcare experience

• CPR certification required

• Experience with older adults and mental health care
