This Registered Nurse position empowers you to shape the nursing practice within our facilities. Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement policies, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive top-notch medical care. Your commitment to nursing standards will uphold the mission of fostering a dignified aging process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care consistent with professional standards
• Supervise and guide other nursing staff
• Liaise with physicians regarding resident health changes
• Document residents’ health status accurately
• Administer medications in accordance with procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registration in good standing with the nursing body
• Familiarity with legislation impacting nursing care
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
