Location: Brockville
Enhance mental health care as a Team Leader Registered Nurse at the Secure Treatment Unit. Utilize your psychiatric nursing skills to drive effective rehabilitation and community reintegration. This pivotal role requires current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and up to three months of nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead nursing initiatives within the Secure Treatment Unit
- Conduct evidence-based mental health assessments
- Coordinate inter-disciplinary treatment plans
- Guide staff amidst rapidly changing situations
- Foster effective teamwork and interpersonal communication
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Up to 3 months of nursing experience
- Knowledge of mental health and addiction issues
- CPR certification obtained in the last 12 months
- Robust problem-solving and leadership skills
Become an integral part of the Secure Treatment Unit, leading with expertise in psychiatric nursing and supporting community reintegration.
