Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as per care plans

• Maintain timely electronic health records

• Supervise the care team for optimal resident services

• Collaborate for comprehensive, person-centered care

Requirements:

• Valid RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term care settings

• Strong prioritization and communication skills

• Leadership ability for guiding care teams

• Valid CPR certification
